FindFreshLeads · effective July 2026
Two kinds: (a) account data about you, our customer — name, email, billing details; and (b) business-lead data — information about businesses and their registered principals, sourced from public government records (state business registries, licensing boards, county tax records) and publicly available business listings. Every lead record carries a link to its official public source where available.
Business-lead data originates in records that governments publish precisely so the public can identify who operates a business. We process it under legitimate interest for business-to-business commerce, and we minimize it to business-relevant contact details.
If you are a business owner and want your information removed from our pool, use the removal request form (or email hello@findfreshleads.com). Matching records are suppressed immediately and are not delivered to any customer going forward.
We use your account data to provide the service and bill your subscription (payments processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers). We do not sell your account data. Analytics are limited to product usage.
When you send a physical letter, we share the recipient's name, postal address and the letter's contents with our print-and-mail fulfillment partner (and its print facilities) solely so they can print and mail that one letter. Mailed pieces are processed under USPS move-update requirements. We do not receive or store any forwarding addresses returned by the postal service.
If you publish a page with us, we host it on your behalf at a findfreshleads.com address, or at a domain you connect yourself with a subscription. We generate the page from your source website's public content, the business details you give us and any logo you upload; the generated content is yours.
We do not store IP addresses, user agents or cookies for people who merely view your page. Views are counted in aggregate only.
When a visitor submits your page's form, we store what they typed — such as name, email, phone and message — and pass it to you. You are the controller of that data and responsible for how you use it. We also store a salted, one-way hash of the submitter's IP address solely to block spam and abuse. We never store the address itself and never share the hash.
We keep form submissions for as long as you keep your account, so you don't lose a lead to a retention timer. There is no automatic deletion. You can delete submissions yourself at any time, or ask us to and we will hard-delete them through the data request form.
Data is stored encrypted at rest with access controls. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request after closure.
