FindFreshLeads provides business information about newly registered and operating local businesses, compiled from public government records (including state business registries, licensing boards, and county records) and our own research, delivered through a subscription dashboard with export capability.
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your own business development. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the data outside your organization, or use it to build a competing product. Exports are for your internal use (CRM, outreach tools) under fair-use limits.
You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses and people in the data, and for complying with all applicable laws in doing so — including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing rules, and do-not-call obligations. We provide information; we do not send messages on your behalf. You agree not to use the data for harassment, spam, unlawful robocalls or texts, discrimination, or any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the data.
We verify records before delivery and prioritize precision, but public records and business details change. The data is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find an inaccurate record, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
One flat monthly subscription, billed in advance, month to month. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
If you send a printed letter, you are the sender of record: you warrant that its content is lawful and non-deceptive. Letters are prepaid per letter from a separate credit balance. If a letter is cancelled within its undo window, fails before mailing, or is returned to sender, the credit is refunded to that balance — not to your card. Printed letters are available for U.S. mailing addresses only. We may decline to print content that violates these terms.
You may publish a page with us to collect responses from the people you contact. You may not publish a page that impersonates another business, a person or a government body, that offers anything unlawful, that phishes for credentials or payment details, or that misrepresents what you sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of your page and for the data your visitors send you — you are the controller of those submissions. We may remove a page that violates these terms or that is the subject of a credible complaint.
Without a subscription you get one page, hosted at a findfreshleads.com address. Every page carries a small "Made with FindFreshLeads" credit by default, and anyone can remove it in one click on any plan. A subscription includes more pages and lets you run a page on your own domain.
Availability is best-effort. A published page is a marketing convenience, not a hosting service with an uptime commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for your use of the data, including any regulatory claims arising from your outreach.
