What do I have to do?
Answer the replies. That's it. At the start you tell us what you sell and connect the accounts we send from. After that, your agent does the work every day.
Whose accounts do the messages come from?
Yours. We send from your own Instagram and email, so each message comes from you and every reply comes back to you. You connect them once in the app, and we walk you through it. LinkedIn and WhatsApp are coming soon.
Will my accounts get banned?
We work hard to keep them safe. Each account sends a small number of messages a day. New accounts start with just a few and build up slowly. Every message is written for one business and never sent to a list. No one can promise what a platform will do, but we keep it calm and human.
Can I see and change the messages?
Yes. In the app you can read the plan for each campaign and every message we write, and edit any of it. You don't have to, though.
What areas and businesses do you cover?
You pick the area: a city or zip code, and how far around it. We find established businesses across the U.S. Brand new businesses come from the states that share them, which includes many of the biggest, and we keep adding more. Any industry works: tell us what you sell and we work out who needs it.
How is this different from buying a lead list?
A list is a spreadsheet you still have to work. We do the work: we find the businesses, find the owner, write to each one and send it from your accounts. You get replies, not homework.
How fast will replies come?
We can't promise a number or a date. It depends on what you sell, where, and how your offer lands. Your agent starts writing once your accounts are connected, slowly at first for new accounts, and replies come in as people answer.
What is an agent?
Think of it as a helper that works only for you. It finds businesses and writes to them for you, up to 100 a day. Want to reach more? Add a second agent for the same price.
Is this spam?
No. Every message is written for one business, about that business, from your real account. Nothing goes out in bulk. If someone says they're not interested or asks us to stop, we stop writing to them, automatically.
